International Congress Center
Wilhelm chooses the International congress center as the meeting Elysium site when many Kindred are willing to participate. The Keeper of this Elysium site is the Ventrue Primogen Nicole.
Berlin’s largest post-war building, the international congress center took nine years to build and opened in 1979. It appears as a monolithic structures designed specifically for use in business conventions and to house the West Germany Stock Exchange. It is 320 metres long, 80 metres wide and 40 metres high. It is linked to the neighboring Messe Berlin fairgrounds; often joining in trade shows and exhibitions. As perhaps Europe’s biggest such centre, it is instrumental to Berlin being one of the top congress cities in the world. By its own reckoning, the center is a landmark of post-war German architecture and has served as an inspiration for similar facilities around the globe.
