History: Heraclio Cardozo was born in Mexico City sometime in the early 18th century. From his birth as the second son of a destitute Mexican family, his destiny was to enter the Roman Catholic Church. Shortly after his birth, he was given to the Church of San Francisco, located on Madero Street, in the oldest part Mexico City. His sire Elieser de Polanco used the Church of San Francisco as his haven when he was in Mexico City and watched as the boy from the streets grew to become an ideal candidate for Lasombra Embrace. Padre Cardozo was appointed by the Sabbat Consistory to act as its eyes and ears in Detroit and to ensure that the city's old prince lived up to his role as archbishop.
