Notes: After the recent struggle with the Ventrue neonate Brian O'Reilly and his "brother" Yan Sirkov - Vullo has gained two items of interest. One is an enchanted stone, that reverses any metamorphic changes that the victim might be under and a full blood point of the baby-prince's blood. Vullo has also discovered that Yan Sirkov is a member of the ancient bloodline of lost Brujah, who have the unique ability to manipulate time - including celerity.
