History: Francoise served in the Quebec military with distinction during the crisis, rising to the rank of Sergeant. After the Crisis, he proved to be quite unsuited to barracks duty, and was demoted twice for disobedience and fighting. He was given the chance to lead a group because he clearly was unable to take orders well. His unit is often assigned potentially dangerous missions, such as leading the way into dangerous territories like Sabbat occupied London. He is fond of heavy weapons, and is the most vocal, almost mutinous, when ordered to withdraw because a situation might be too dangerous for humans.
