Flower Shintai

The Mind Shintai are a group of powers created by the old ghostly bohdisattvas of the east. Khow Wen was the unreserved master of this power, and is spoken of as it's taught to new Kuie-jin.
●○○○○ Gifting the Blue Orchid: The vampire rolls Charisma + leadership, difficulty 6. If the kuei-jin is successful, the target thinks the Kuei-jin is a good, honorable, friendly person.
●●○○○ Scent of the Purple Rose: This power makes the victim think the vampire is a powerful, well to do person, and will believe their stories and arguments. The vampire rolls Manipulation + Subterfuge difficutly determined by the willpower of the victim. Each success grants an hour of sway.
●●●○○ Perfume of the Black Lotus: This power saps the energy of it's victim. The vampire rolls Charisma + performance difficulty 7. Each success will put all mortals within a 10' radius asleep. Supernaturals can roll a Willpower check, and if they fail fall asleep like the mortals. For each success greater than 1, add another 10 feet.
●●●●○ Fields of Pink Peonies: The vampire can choose a single victim, or an area of effect. This power brings out the love and lust emotions from those effected. Whoever the effect is centered on will become the center of effect for the lust. If anyone other than the vampire is the center, they also are effected. The vampire rolls Charisma + empathy difficulty 7. If the effect is one person, use the chart below. If it's an area of effect up 10' per point of Charisma.

●●●●● Witnessing the Red Rose Bouquet: This power renders the user a magnetically powerful individual to all see him or her. The vampire rolls Manipulation + Leadership. Difficulty is 8, with each success adding to the time the effect is in place. The effect is the same as the chart above.
Advanced
●●●●● ● White Poppies of Lady Yee: This power builds out from Witnessing the Rose Bouquet and costs one point of Yang chi. All those swayed are driven mad with rage and blood fury. They will attack at the behest of the vampire, throwing themselves against unwinnable odds if they are asked to. The Kuie-jin rolls Charisma + Empathy difficulty 8. The Kuei-jin exhales one point of Yang chi over the crowd, and over the next round they will become berserkers.
●●●●● ● Orange Lillies Of the Evening: This power builds out from Witnessing the Rose Bouquet and costs one point of Yang Chi. All those swayed have their inhibitions lifted for the rest of the night. Females will spontaneously become fertile. Children will come from any sex had that night. The vampire rolls Charisma + Empahty difficulty 8. The Kuei-jin sends out carnal thoughts, and lets nature take it's course. Among the flesh courts this is a popular power.
●●●●● ●●Black Poppies in Wine: This power permeates the mind of it's victim, making them the mouthpiece of the Kuei-jin using it. The Kuei-jin can hear and see what the victim sees, allowing them the ability to control the conversation had by the victim. The Kuei-jin can use this power on an being that has fallen sway to Scent of the Purple Rose and is in line of sight by the Kuie-jin. The Kuei-jin rolls Manipulation + Performance difficulty 7. Botch reveals the Kuie-jin is controlling the victim, and the Kuie-jin can't speak the rest of the night. Failure doesn't allow the Kuie-jin to control his victim. Each success is control for 1 hour.
●●●●● ●●● Khow Wen Whispering to the Garden at Twilight: This power allows the Kuie-jin to send out thoughts to the masses. The beings affected hear the whispers of the Kuie-jin as their own thoughts, seldom doubting their origin or veracity. As Khow Wen convinced his flowers to bloom as never before, so the Kuie-jin imparts short messages to the beings around him or her. The kuie-jin rolls Manipulation + Subterfuge at a difficulty of 7. Each success allows him or her to effect beings in a 100' radius.
