This smart drug is favored by Extraordinary Citizens of the Technocratic Union, but similar formulas can be found in many Alchemical texts. When the user takes a dose of Excelerant their Intelligence and Wits each increase by 1 dot. Like most alchemical concoctions, the effects fade at the end of the scene. However, if a user takes more than one dose of Excelerant in a 24-hour period, they must succeed on a Stamina roll at difficulty 6 or lose a point of Willpower. Each success gained when crafting this drug generates one dose.
