Brief History: Evelyn Stephens is the Brujah Anarch Juggler's only known childe. She was embraced in 1983 when she got Juggler to reveal what he was. The transformation was very traumatic and she fled into the night away from Juggler to her brother, Chicago Police Homicide Detective Gregory Stephens . Juggler was able to get to her before her brother found out the truth. Modius did not find out about Evelyn till the early 1990s but waved it away as Evelyn was just another subject in his domain.
