Appearance: Flaggi is a short, broad Spaniard with sturdy muscles and short, dark hair.
Behavior: Flaggi is vivacious and passionate, inclined to argue or fight just for the heck of it.
History: Flaggi was born in the very late 1800's. He was a young man of 23 when WWI broke out. In 1916 Flaggi was stabbed with a bayonet after an intense battle in France. His sire was working her way across the battlefield finishing off the fallen when she came upon Flaggi. She found him beautiful, and though he lay dying, his spirit shone out to her, and he made joke to her about taking her to bed and loving her through the night. Intrigued by his grit, she healed his wounds, and then embraced him. In time he moved to Naples, mainly staying out of sight of the the mad Malkavian prince.
