The third member of the coterie that rules Thessaloniki, Elektra is its dark enforcer and hidden threat. Over the centuries, she has nurtured a slowly growing fascination with torture. Transients who stay too long, and anyone who earns her ire is likely to become her next experiment. So far, she has not collaborated with like-minded Tzimisce - she is too competitive and likely to try to prove her artistry on a fellow artist.
