Appearance: Dietmar is tall and thin, standing 1.9 meters tall and weighting around 82 kilos. He is Hitler's Arian ideal with pale blond hair and sky blue eyes and clear complexioned Caucasian skin. He tends to wear the dark wool suits of the older academia and a set of tortoise shell rim glasses. He could be anywhere between 40 to 50 years old, but he looks fit for his age, but he wouldn't stand out in a crowd.
Behavior: Dietmar seems to be the classic scholar, whose intricate understanding of a specialty consumes him and leaves him little time for social development or interactions.
History: You don't know much about Dr.Vogel's history or his current endeavors, save for Yan's recent conversation with him in which they discussed physics and famous German physicists. You do know that he is the eldest of Countess Klara Wehunt's surviving childer and that besides his sire, the siblings he is closest to are Hiltrude Ott and Luitger Fürst. Exactly what part Dr.Vogel plays in his sire's plans and the makeup of the city remains uncertain, but he seems to be acting as his sire's unofficial seneschal.
