Appearance: Carrie is a dirty blond girl with straight shoulder length hair. Pretty in a freckled, mousy shy fashion.

Behavior: Carrie is a compassionate, easy going woman. She helps those in need, and is kind to a fault.
History: Carrie's mom was killed in a car crash much like the one that killed Susan Hall when Carrie was five. The loss of her mom sent her Dad into a morose spiral that became alcohol and anger at being left alone to raise a daughter he didn't know how to connect with. Dear old Dad started collecting step moms, while blaming Carrie through transference for the death of her mom. Carrie was being abused by her Dad on a regular basis, before she finally ran away. Taken in by the mad Dr. Hall who was himself spiraling off into mayhem as his vampire nature pushed the doctor to fits of rage was like coming home to a father who needed her but didn't attack her when angry. Dr. Hall fed her, clothed her, gave her money. She could see the hunger and the beast tearing at his insides, but still the doctor never touched her in anger, and defended her from the street scum who thought they could take advantage. Captured at the Chicago airport in the effort that nearly captured Tremen, Carrie was turned over with her friend Jeannie to a foster home. For a long time Carrie was sure the FBI would ship them home to Denver, but no one ever came to get them. Months turned to years, and eventually the two girls reached the age of 18. Carrie was told that her father was killed in a car crash, and no one knew what family if any there was to take her in, so she and Jeannie stayed in the system. Bonded to each other by the blood bond with Tremen and a fear of the system the two had been stuck in, they graduated high school, before moving on to community college in Chicago. Somewhere along the line they also graduated from being just friends to being full blown lovers, and open lesbians. Living in the dorms at the University of Chicago no one batted an eye at their relationship. Over the years various agents came to see them about Tremen, but the girls had nothing to say except that he had been very good to them. Using government support and with a little guidance from Agent Shepphard the two embarked on getting their degrees, Carrie wanting to be a social worker.
Recent Events: Carrie loves Tremen like a father, and is fiercely protective of him. She still cry's often at the worry for what might have happened to him. She has used her contacts in the system to try to find traces of her adopted father. Carrie is contemplating getting artificial fertilization to have a child, as she wants to raise a real family.
