Description: A hulking Nosferatu, Nikki weighs at least 450 pounds and stands 6’8”. Beneath his Obfuscation, his epidermis has been completely burned away by prolonged contact with chlorine gas, revealing his musculature to the world. He is incapable of using his sense of touch and is immune to epidermal pain. The smell of chlorine precedes him a good distance, depending on the speed and direction of the air, but with his Obfuscate it is almost impossible to detect his approach, regardless of means. Caden tends to wear extensive clothing that conceals and covers his body like: trench coats, fedoras, leather gloves and all terrain boots; at home or on purely social occasions he prefers the tailored clothing of his youth.
Personality: Caden Drud or ‘Nikki’ as the Bulgarian vampires like to call him is aware of just how grotesque he appears to mortals and immortals alike and he has come to accept that his image defines his position in Kindred society. He doesn’t advertise his personal ethics to the Kindred of Sofia, preferring to perform his duties to the utmost of his ability and let his reputation speak for itself. In most cases, ‘Nikki’ remains enigmatic and stoic in the political hothouse of Sofia, all the better to mark the strengths and weaknesses of his potential allies and enemies.
Notes: For those who make it their business to ask, there are a number of facts concerning ‘Nikki’ that can be had simply for the asking. Nikki came to the city in the Winter of 1914, that he was a soldier of the Austro-Hungarian Empire, that he was embraced somewhere in Serbia and that he professes to no knowledge of his sire’s identity. He was in torpor from January 2004 – 2005.
