Blekking

Description: This ability lets the user harness the local dream to create simple illusions and feelings. The Fae reaches into the fabric of the local dreams and nightmares to create shadow sensations and seemings. Most Fae touch the dream web enough to have ready access to most things. The limitation here is that the Nightmare cannot fabricate things the local reality doesn't dream about. The storyteller works with the Nightmare to see what is available.

System: The Caster uses Dark Glamour to create a seeming, a one dimensional touch or illusion. If the victim is asleep, no dark glamour is needed. Touches pass through it, and the sensation of it's use pass quickly. No roll is required. A mental action is required to summon the illusion, but it may be dispelled with a free action at anytime. The illusion lasts as long as the summoner desires and he can continue to perceive it. The summoning character must be able to sense the dream it came from in order to make it stable for those experiencing it. The summoner may affect up to one other person per dot of Blekking with Blekkja or he may permeate an area of up to 20 square yards in radius with his illusion. More isolated and or concentrated illusions may be perceived while it remains in line of sight.
