Sobriquet: Amara
Appearance: Amara is 5'3" tall, with long curly red hair. Her already fair skin veritably glows now that she has the pale pallor of the undead. Her face is lightly sprinkled with freckles, which highlight her green eyes. She is wiry and lithe.
Behavior: Amara is by turns impetuous and angry, but inclined to moments of kindness and gentility to those who strike her as being downtrodden. Her fierce Brujah temper makes her somewhat unpredictable. She does try to make the world a better place.
History: Amara Elizabeth Frost was born to the a wealthy engine designer and the daughter of a wealthy Irish mafia lord in the United States. Raised unaware of her mothers background, she was orphaned at the age of 14 when her parents were killed in a single engine plane crash over Lake Eerie. Growing up rich and uncontrolled made her wild and impulsive. At the age of twenty she encountered Juggler, who found her intoxicating and sensual. They spent several nights together, with Juggler talking to her about putting down the forces of oppression. Always excited for adventure, the young woman was enraptured with his boundless energy.
On the fifth night Juggler blew into Amara's house hurt and hungry. Unsure what was happening Amara let him in and was going to try to bandage his wounds when he grabbed her and drank her dry. Not wanting to snuff out this flame Juggler quickly gave her some of his blood to bring her back. He told her about being a vampire and taught her to hunt. She was enamored with her Sire. Until she realized the danger he had put her in.
Juggler had embraced her in Chicago without permission from the Prince. She could never come forward to be acknowledged in Kindred society as Jugglers childe. Juggler helped her work on a cover story so that neither Lodin or Modius would declare a blood hunt on the two of them. Amara wasn't happy, but accepted the way things had to be.
Over the next two years Juggler and Amara grew less and less fond of each other, as she realized he wasn't the best vampire around, and he found her idealism hard to satisfy. In the spring of 1991 Amara was invited to a Kindred party held by the Prince of Gary, Modius. At that party Amara and the rest of the assembled Kindred were introduced to Jugglers newest Childe, Evelyn. Seeing this woman presented properly to the Prince as she should have infuriated Amara, and Juggler became the object of her anger. The two have quarreled ever since.
