Year of the Outset of the First Crusade
- February 5: The pageant returns from Alternis
- February 6: Blake falls from the time stream.
- February 10: Blake remembers his "past".
- February 12: The demon is discovered to escape his prison.

- March 5: The Pageant enters Alexandria
- April 1: Everyone arrives, gets situated in the City.
- April 2: Alexandre of Paris calls the Great Convocation to celebrate the coming Crusade.
- April 3: Lorraine of Paris is killed by mortals. The Prince declares the group has 3 nights to find the "truth", or Mercusio will be found guilty of murder and will be staked out for the sun.
- April 4: Dawn of the 4th a black tower rises outside Erik's Camp. All milk, meat, and food spoils at dawn. The 55 injured men in the Hospitalier Camp die, from spontaneous sepsis. 283 men desert from the camp. Mostly from the 3rd and 4th Regiment.
- Night of the 4th: The black tower "disapears", then a "black mist" engulfs the area. Saboteurs attack the camp ( Saboteur Au Camp ). Bolverk puts out 9 tent fires. Aegon Nightshade has all the corpses of the dead Saboteurs staked and buried around the camp.
- Roanne struggles with Rambert in dream realm. Roanne agrees to meet under truce. Rambert is struggling with a nightmare of a centipede crawling around in his head, working around in his body.
- Bolverk, Mercusio, Lady Mortis, Artimisia, and Rambert participate in a Vaulderie with Roanne, freeing her from Ecliastes bond.
