This device was designed and created by the Electrodyne Engineer Vargo Zamtredia in 1899. He has plans to display it at the 1900 French Exposition. It uses Forces and Matter to move any object to a desired co-location. The silver adamantium frame is powered by a conversion engine, using a punch card recursive algorithm to plot the co-location.
