The Underworld Club
A lower end club, the original building was built, and then the street and land around it were filled in. Some workmen broke in on it doing other work, and Halim Bey bought the ground. He had workman repair the walls, redecorate, and add rooms. What is now here is a club where music and women are plenty, opium, pot, and cocaine abound. One of Lennie Nevills clubs, it is a den of inequity. Most nights it is run by Borely David.
