Appearance: Tall at 6'3", Ruprect has stark white hair cut short on his blocky skull. The family trait of a short forehead and backsloping ears give him the appearance of tilting his head back even when he is looking level.
Behavior: Ruprect likes his cuban cigars, and his women high on drugs when he feeds from them. Ruprect is sharp, but because of his drug habit seems to be slightly off balance most of the time. Only a fool takes this to mean he is out of control.
