Akriel sent the Sabbah and friend to free Duke Gundar from cavern where he was hidden. She cannot enter because of a ward versus lycanthropes. She was glad to see Thars Dosha and Kurg enter the cavern after the Shadow Knives slew the brothers by Strahds order. She has recently realized that Thars and Kurg did not free the Duke, and is searching for them to encourage them to go back and bring out the skeleton of the vampire. She has his heart waiting to reanimate him.
The Fear Warriors that attacked Thars, Kurg, and Stormwind had an evil ring (which Stormwind buried) and a cursed longsword +2 (Berserker). Kurg is currently carrying it.
Usdix
Elsenora is riding hard to Teufeldorf to buy a scroll with a permanent restoration on it for Kurg. She did lie to him about the coins being real. She will be back in Usdix in 2 days.
