A Follower of Set who runs a network of smugglers capable of "providing to the needs of the most discerning connoisseur." When he appears in person, he is heavily swathed in priest-like robes, and makes liberal use of Obfuscate. Once a business relationship has been established, he usually uses intermediaries to handle business transactions.
