Description: He was embraced on his deathbed, and still appears to be a shriveled, grotesquely corpselike creature. With the right props and a nurse, he could pass as a geriatric out for a last hurrah. He will always be found with a cigarette in hand, he has a smokers hack and is addicted to Turkish tobacco. He hands are stained dark from the tobacco, while his clothing smells of cigarette smoke and the sour smell of aged flesh.
Personality: The consummate politician, he enjoys the finer things in life, including beautiful women, who he pretends are his nieces. He hates being seen as weak.
Notes: He can almost always be found in the bar at the Central Military Club.
