Appearance: Mauro is a fat, sweaty man of unkempt dark hair and dark eyes.
Behavior: Mauro is an obsequious monster who only has a backbone if he is picking on those weaker than himself. If he detects even a hint of strength or power in a person he is very subservient.
History: Mauro and his younger brother Pietro were in the business of making kiddie porn, and at times, snuff films. He was the original purchaser of Torstens niece and nephew for Elie Sansaricq. Mauro and Pietro also sold kids to an unknown group from Europe.
Recent Events: Mauro drove the van for Torsten and John. He is disturbed that he had to dump the van in the river.
