Description: This minor merit is fairly rare among vampires, save for those Gangrel who can transform themselves into either animals capable of imitating human speech or in the case of the two point version of this merit which allows the vampire to speak in mist form. In no way does this merit allow a Protean user to speak in canine or other heavy predator forms, it is most common among those capable taking on the forms of birds or monkeys.
