Appearance: Kathryn's unprecedented rise to power has taken its toll on her. She is aged well beyond her 64 years of life and looks to be in her early 80s. Her hair has turned entirely white, she has lost her teeth and has a variety of minor health problems associated with advanced aging. She has come to believe that her deal with the Defiler Wyrm is responsible and that it lied to her in some obscure way. Regardless, it is much too late for her to back out of her end of the deal, so she plays the part assigned to her and bears the weight of being able to detect deception in everyone, even those she would like to trust and love.
Behavior:
History: In 1993, Kathryn was only 26 years old and already the youngest person to sit on the Board of Directors -- and at that time, the only female. Mollett entered college at the age of 16 and quickly gained her Masters Degree in Psychology. The then young and uncompromising girl seemed to have an intuitive understanding of other people and why they do what they do. This served her well upon graduation, when she entered the corporate world and quickly rose to become CEO of Alliance Industries, a Pentex subsidiary. Kathryn's intuition seemed uncanny to the existing Board, and all wondered what was the source of her insight. In truth, Kathryn was chosen by the Defiler Wyrm long ago to enact its plans.
The Defiler Wyrm has given Kathryn a deadly power: the truth. She has an occult ability to recognize the truth when she hears it, and she never lies. By always telling the truth, Kathryn never has to worry about enemies discovering her secrets -- she has no secrets. The Board, being for the most part paranoid old men, do not believe this, of course, and suspect that she is wiser and more cunning than they first surmised. They are all wary of her, continually trying to second-guess whatever she says, to discern a double meaning behind her words. But there is no secondary meaning; she is forthright in all she does. Benjamin Rushing, servant of Pseulak, Urge Wyrm of Lies, is especially nervous around her, and wants her assassinated.
