History: When a Gangrel embraced Jared in the 1800s, Jared found a powerful relationship with his childhood friend Uriah Travers. Uriah stayed by Jared's side during the worst nights as a vampire and their relationship remained far beyond that of master and servant.
Jared did his best to protect Uriah but his friend had already been marked and there was nothing Jared could do when Uriah was embroiled in a twisted plot that went very wrong and ended up with Uriah embraced by a Malkavian. Devastated by what happened to his friend, Jared did what he could to help Uriah. It was their close friendship that led Uriah to feeling closer ties to the Gangrel clan than to his own Malkavian Clan.
In 1895 after a decade of watching her from afar as she would explore the bayous Jared embraced Roxy and they became lovers. Jared taught her everything he could. She just never had the same passion for keeping to the political intricacies he wove with the Lupines. She always much preferred to run wild in the bayous. Something he loved about her, so he didn't much mind. There was always Uriah to help negotiate with the Lupines.
Rest in Peace: At one point in time as primogen and a successful ambassador with the local Lupines Jared had an amazing amount of influence. That all died with him when he was the victim of a Blood Hunt for the framed murder of Prince Doran.
