Appearance:

Background: During his lifetime, Westin was a rebellious youth, born in Ireland and full of resentment against the British rule, in contrast to the views of his father, who was a loyal citizen of the Empire. When Westin turned 20, he left his village after a famine and a last quarrel with his father. Thinking of overthrowing the British rule from within, he became a gun smuggler, supporting various rebels in the mid-19th century.

His fervor earned him the attention of Smiling Jack who made the young man his personal ghoul and armorer. After Westin got wind of whom he equipped, he demanded the full power of the Kindred blood. It came to an argument that ended in violence. Jack gave the Embrace to Westin after beating him down. Afterwards, he tortured him for several nights and ensured the fledgling's loyalty with a Blood Bond afterwards.

He told his childe stories on how the Camarilla had manipulated the British government, indoctrinating his childe into a perfect anarch, full of bristling hate against every form of "oppression" and bent on sowing chaos and destruction among the Kindred of Britain. Jack then dispatched Westin into London, where he continued to smuggle weapons into the city. Later, Westin traveled to North America, witnessing the decline of the Camarilla in New York and the ascendance of the local Sabbat, smuggling weapons to both of them.

Inspired by blossoming anarchism, he returned to London, preaching to Kindred and Kine alike over the merits of the new ways of thinking. In London, he became an advocat of harsh actions against the Sabbat and proved himself useful to Seneschall Valerius when he destroyed various Brujah antitribu cells. He further encouraged various revolutionary groups, such as Marxists and dynamists, biding his time to overthrow the oppressive Camarilla.
