Devil's Child - Garou Gifts - L3
Description: Wolves are often seen as the offspring of the Devil himself, and while they don't fully understand that implication, the Lupus are happy to capitalize on the fear it inspires. The Garou lets out a fierce snarl that terrifies opponents and cows them into submission. A wolf-spirit teaches the gift.
System: The player rolls Manipulation + Primal-Urge (difficulty the opponent's willpower or, if he is affecting a group, the highest willpower represented). If he is successful, the werewolf invokes the full effects of the Delirium on any human who can see her. If the player spends a Gnosis point, this gift effects supernatural beings such as mages and vampires. The gift takes one full turn to invoke and it may be used only in Lupus form.
