Dearc Magra
These creatures are between 3 and 10 feet tall full grown. They weigh between 300 and 4,000 pounds. Their mouths are full of teeth, their claws are hard and razor sharp. Their coloration is greenish brown, tinging to dark grey near their hind ends. Dearc Magra are day creatures, coming alive when the sun first rises. Pack hunters, they have the ability to run for hours. They actually prefer the alkali ponds that would kill earth stock. Dearc Magra are sharp sighted animals, using their hearing and sense of smell less. When they attack they rake with their claws and bite, alternating with a back swipe that drives the spike at their heels deep into the bodies of their prey. Dearc Magra smell like ripe meat and stale earth. Their triple lidded eyes do not allow them much use in the Edach Kodesh night. Encountering them then results in vicious attacks from the pack, trampling and slashing.
Their meat is dark grey, their blood a dull blue.
