Appearance: Damien's youthful appearance combined with the potency of his blood, makes for unexpected situations and unhappy results for those who wish the neonate ill. The boy's youthful, innocent seeming face belies the adolescent arrogance that allows him access to places and situations where he probably shouldn't be and the necessary bravado to escape the same when circumstances spiral beyond his control. His large dark eyes hold great intelligence, but they give away his emotions to the perceptive. His chocolate coloring and dark hair mark his African heritage, but his athletic body is without blemish or imperfection. Damien wears the latest styles in clothing, more for their availability than out of any sense of taste or style, which he has yet to develop to any degree.
Behavior: Damien epitomizes the popular phrase: "Go big, or go home." Unfortunately, while Damien's raw intellect is phenomenal, his maturity is still developing -- slowly, an unfortunate result of having been Embraced too early. He is brash and outspoken, for he truly believes that he already knows everything he needs to know to succeed. This adolescent hubris is a dangerous trait for mortals and doubly so in the ruthless and often nebulous world of Kindred interactions. Damien has already learned some hard lessons, but he isn't ready to see that there are many more such revelations ahead of him, this stubborn refusal to accept his role as neonate in the timeless world of Kindred puts him at a disadvantage when dealing with "older" vampires. Sadly, he must also deal with the juxtaposition of his youthful appearance when dealing with mortals who appear older, but are actually younger than he. Damien often uses bravado and flirtation to get through difficult social situations and while this originally endeared him to many of the other Kindred, it is a shtick that is beginning to wear thin with his fellow undead. Damien has a flamboyant personality and a flirtatious nature, but when things don't go his way he can react poorly. Despite all his faults, Damien is genuinely good person, but the nocturnal struggles of Chicago are starting to take their toll on him.
History: No one knows why Critias embraced Damien in the first place, and Damien himself does not know his sire. He lived the first years of undeath like a Caitiff, piercing informations about the world of the undead together while under constant persecution.
Living on the streets and being shocked by the nightly facts of vampirism, Damien was eventually "adopted" by a Malkavian, who believed the boy to be his son. During the War of Chicago, his mentor was destroyed, as well as a young Caitiff Damien had befriended. Shocked by those events, he has begun to consider to vie for princedom over Chicago.
Damien is the vocalist in the popular punk band "Baby Chorus".
Recent Events: In recent times, Damien has become a friend of the anathema Germaine, with whom he has taken a more proactive role in the Anarch Movement around Chicago.
