Paris -P- About the Daughters in Paris

Sobriquet: Chris

Appearance: Chris is a young man with a slightly muscled medium build. He has a dark gaze that seems to go through anyone he talks to, to demeanor to discover their true nature.

Behavior: Chris seems to be a Don Juan, but he doesn't seduce for pleasure, or to make a record of his conquests. Chris likes to talk, and to understand those he talks to. Chris often searches to see how he can help them physically or spiritually. Chris takes pleasure from helping the women around him. He can nothing for the fact they all fall in love with him. Chris never takes advantage of them. He behaves like a caring yet somewhat Bon Vivant character, and always have a charming, slightly childish/mischievous smile on his lips

History: Chris always had a beautiful voice. But he was that kind of sincere emotion, that kind of romantic despair with a touch of regret that entranced those who heard him when he was singing solo in the middle of the Chorus. He was never interested in school. His passion was singing, and send others' written emotion through his voice. At 23, he played the keyboard (and sometimes as additional voice) of his little band, and the singer already hated him for what he could potentially be. In one of their little performances, Chris was remarked by Constance. The young woman with the skin so pale and her eyes so dark soon discovered the softened voice of Chris behind all the instrumentals and the singer's own voice.

One night, he felt called over by the young woman. He didn't know why, but he entered in this great apartment and seated himself in front of the magnificent Constance, and the innocent Serena. Constance asked to help him to better so beautiful a voice. He has talent, she said, but he had to let down those stupid guys who weren't able to see what was plainly in the view of every one.

He accepted, and joined Constance Gardenar, who made him her Ghoul in 1986. She had not the right to Embrace him, as Serena was just Embraced by her, but she knew that one day, the Embrace would be authorized...

She taught him the basics of the Bloodline Disciplines, as well as Obfuscate: In Paris, it was always interesting to remain discreet, as some Toreador still hated her for what she did to Henry.

He was Embraced in 1990, when Villon first visited Les Ruines, the new Nightclub of Constance.

That's when Chris's life went wrong: In less than a year, he realized who Constance really was. Chris could see how Constance used him (which was not so bad), and Serena which Chris hated. Chris had developed a deep friendship with Serena, and decided he would try to free Serena from Constance. Chris tried to distance himself from Constance and get Serena with him. While he succeeded in preparing a second haven in a little Nightclub named Le Crystal, Serena was to deeply Dominated to want to follow him.

Chris took the control of the Nightclub through his Ghoul, and through this became financially free.

Constance hated him for what he tried to do. She would have destroyed him if her Toreador enemies and Villon himself had not threatened her of the Blood-Hunt if she killed him in France. The Elysium Status of Les Ruines did not let her forbid him its access, and so, Chris comes sometimes to visit Serena. Theodore, lover of Constance, hates him more than his Sire, and so will try to make his life difficult if he can do it stealthily.

Recent Events: Chris has united a Herd of 15 women, from students to a CEO director (all beautiful, Appearance 3 or more). He protects and give advice to them. This Herd has an easy access to Le Crystal. All of them have his personal phone number. He feeds from them, knowing the pleasure it gives to them, but always let them their free will, never interfering if they do not ask him first. In facts, the Ward Flaw for Serena could well be extended in some kind of measure to all his Herd. Of course, he is a Caregiver... He has an innate way to sense if someone lies to him (developed while under Constance's influence).
