History: In his mortal days, Wallace was a member of the British parliament, known for both his excesses and his aristocratic demeanor. When Cromwell began his campaign against the Anglican church, Wallace joined in, leading one of Cromwell's most terrible mobs personally.

In the Thirty Years' War, he joined in immideatly, eventually negotiating substantial holdings in Spain during the Peace of the Pyrenees. On a visit of his new holdings, he arranged a meeting with the painter Diego Velasquez to make a portrait of him. When a servant cracked the frame, he took the boy into his estate and drove a splinter into his eye, cherishing his power and influence. It was then that a Lasombra who had watched him for a long time decided to embrace him before the Ventrue under Mithras had the chance.

Despite his initially low standing in the Clan, Black Wallace soon made a name for himself. He deduced that he could gain more prestige by revealing treachery within the Sabbat than fighting the Camarilla, succeeding when he uncovered a plot against his sire and tortured all relevant information out of the would-be-assassin.

He made it his passion to uncover treachery within the Sabbat and joined the Inquisition in 1780, soon becoming one of the most feared Inquisitors of the Sabbat, often lingering for weeks to investigate cases of infernalism and conduct punishments that he considers having been given up to early by his fellows.

Wallace has brown eyes and jet black hair. He instructs his ghouls to trim his beard and mustache to match his favorite portrait. His teeth are quite bad by 20th-century standards, so when he extends his fangs they come out a bit askew.
