You are able to enter frenzy simply by willing it. You can relinquish all control of the beast, regardless of the intensity (or lack thereof) of the provocation you feel. Once you enter frenzy, you have no more control over it than anyone else, and you are as responsible for the beast's actions as anyone else. If anything, your long experience grants you better recall of what actions the beast perpetrated than most. Still, this can be useful in certain situations.

This merit cannot be taken by those who practice instinct instead of self control.
