The doctor and mage Stanis Nero was present and had her taken to a private room where he treated her by infusing her being with Quintessence and pairing her heartbeat with his own. Then she was taken home. The attack was carried out by young and attractive lady pianist who was probably a Rakshasa and who stole the Duchess' diamond necklace. The doctor took her matching diamond earrings as a means to track the necklace through sympathetic magic.
With the passing of her husband, she moved to 22 Harley Mews. She bought rooms from her cousin.
