Appearance: Veer is a woman of 5'2" in height, with straight dark blond hair will below her shoulders. Curvy but not fat, Veer uses her feminine wiles when it aids her. People often remark on her cream colored eyes.
Behavior: Nicki is relaxed in a vicious sort of way. Very controlling, she still tries to appear kind and considerate at first glance.
History: Veer was born in Germany in 1637. She immigrated to America with her family in 1642. Her father was a merchant ship owner. At the age of 17 she was discovered by Patricia von Bernstein who was only briefly in America and within a couple of years was embraced. She traveled to Italy for her first drink, and to Germany to live with her Sire. After fifty years she returned to Philadelphia. Over time she gained power and experience, before being made Regent.
Recent Events: Veer is the Regent of this Chantry.
