The Brethren are black gang-bangers from the east coast. The are an amalgam of lesser street-gangs sent to San Francisco to market and perfect a new synthetic drug called Pigment. The gang is made up of sixty odd members and a few hangers-on. As soon as they arrived they set shop in an abandoned factory in Bayview.
