Lucian
A gruff and sometimes arrogant man, Lucian does posses some charm. He does not talk of his past, except that he served under Julius Caesar and slew his own sire sometime around 1100 CE. He had an extreme antipathy for Lodin, once Prince of Chicago.
Lucian had no use for the Camarilla for he did not accepted the Kindred as a group. As such he has set himself apart from other vampires. He has been trusted by Modius, but they are not friends. Lucian controls the shipyards and the Docks, of little they are, of Gary.
Lucian is a tall, powerfully, built man. Broad shouldered, he has square, rugged features. His hair is black, speckled with grey, and worn short. He has rich, dark brown eyes and a deep, commanding voice. He takes great pains to conceal his short tail, furry feet and overly hairy chest (results of frenzies through the ages).
