Sobriquet: Bart
Appearance: A slightly scruffy man, wears glasses and a scruffy coat.
Behavior: Bart is a sharp man, very inquisitive, inclined to leaps of logic. His writing is florid and full of emotion, which has made him unpopular with those in power. Bart is extremely excitable, and inclined to large hand movements, and explosive laughs as he "puts things together".
History: Bart was raised by his middle class parents. He learned to read at the church school (ST Mary the Lesser). While there his cousin Magdalen was killed by a werewolf. While his aunt was in grief, Bart asked questions of the Bobbies and the neighborhood. He uncovered disturbing information, and that was his start to reporting the underbelly of London.
Bart knows there are vampires in London. He knows that vampires frequent the rich events. He thinks that Ventru is the master of the city. He also knows that there are monsters in the city. Not all of them kill people.
