Sobriquet: Mayor Laars
Appearance: The Mayor is a man of medium height, with greying hair and mutton chop side burns, and a long curly pointed mustache. He is very rotund. He wears clothes of tan and black. Around his neck is the Pendant of Governance.
Behavior: The Mayor is a pleasant man. He bluffs and acts very brave, but is really and inveterate coward. Anything remotely controversial will be referred to Prince Othmar. If spoken to in his official capacity he will speak only Vaasi.
