Rural Undead of the Balkans (Non-Southern Court)

Vladimir embodies a classic Tzimisce archetype. He is large, cruel and straightforward. He is happiest when brutalizing the citizens of Targovishte in the name of his sire Violette. She tends to keep him on a short leash, the more so in the decade since the fall of Communism, and the infiltration of modern media through Romania. He seems uncomfortable in the presence of other, more civilized Vampires, though Violette insists on bringing him into situations that could possibly get dangerous.

Appearance: Vladimir is hulking and brutish, sometimes giving the impression of being a Gangrel in his demeanor. He has decorated his skin with vividly contoured death scenes - with himself as the brutal executioner in each. He has made minor attempts to build weapons and armor into his form from time to time, but his sire's insistence that he not appear inhuman to the casual glance has put a limit on his experimentation.
