Walter Corbitt
Walter Corbitt was an original founding member for the Church of Contemplation. He used his psychic vampire powers to make the owner of the house at 20 Sheaf street sick and got him to will the house to Walter. After getting the house deeded to himself, Walter made sure to be buried on the property in the basement. He has been furthering his plans ever since.
Walters physical body was recently destroyed by the Sawyer, Ian, Sean, and Natalie. His spirit is now forced to wander and only David Chalmers can speak to him via the Spirit Speaker in Chalmers room.
