Daughters of Salem Historical Society
The Historical Society is in a little two-story storefront in an older section of town. Over the door a weathered sign proclaims it to be "The Daughters of Salem Historical Society", while a sign on the door reads "Museum Hours 10-4, Mon-Sat. Admission 10 cents." The Museum's proprietors are two spinster sisters in their mid-sixties, Henrietta and Olivia Thatcher. They live above the museum on the second floor.
