Note: this did not all happen on this day, but I planm on writeing up the entire story, as it keeps my memory fresh, and others like trolling them  :)

Start - Wonderlust has taken me. Not sure if it is a Ravanos thing, or just me, but I am tired of staying in a city that treats me like dirt, and I have no real connection to. While the power in my own little section is really close to absolute, it is not enough. I have been grooming Esmarelda to take my place as I go wondering about, but her management and money skills are lacking in what the Rom of Falkutetta need. Still for short stints it will work. Hopefully by the time that Fafika Nuri "Dies" she will be ready to take over more long term.

This said, Bruno went ona boon hunting mission in grease. Thessaloniki to be exact. After a bit of time he asked for my help. Given his help with Vespa, and Casablanca, I felt it was owed. Besides it may be fun.

So he was already in Greece. So I grabbed a horse and car, and headed tword the wor torn country. I snuck in NAND proceeded to meet with him. As I didn't want my fame to proceed me, I went under the monogram "Katara" the gangral of unknown heritage. As I have spent all my time in Sofia under Chemistry, most people will not recognize my actuall face. Plus now willpower or blood expenditure.

Bruno arranged things so we set out to the small little shit hole town that he was supposed to deliver the letter. We met little resistance, and while a long walk, we accomplished it in a night. We set up shop on a house in the out skirts. The next night we managed to find out whee the general running the town stayed, and proceeded to try and set up a meeting, figuring he was either the vampire ruler, or controlled by him. The truth was neither. The city was ruled by an old brujah anarch, and he proceeded to chalege Bruno. Though the gangral did the fitting, after some flesh pounding, he was satisfied to accept the letter, and we returned the next not to hear his response.

The next night he was a bit more cordial, and while he agreed terms to visit thessaloniki he brought out some gypse slaves for us to feed off of. After seeing how he treated the general, this appalling lack of masquerade was worrisome. And it was members of my people. This won't fly. I resolved to free them, but couldn't do it right now. Back and forth we went, and finally terms were agreed upon, and we went back to thessaloniki.

Much deliberation happened with the senachal, and Bruno, then we went back to speak to brujah, and give new terms, and then we went back to senachal, and finally everyone is equally unhappy. Date was set for their meeting, and our theft of the brujahs gypse slave larder.

Bruno and I then set to arranging a way into the city to steal the slaves. I was thinking covert ops, but Bruno came up with the idea, that as the brujah had little to no control over the general, we can just trade weapons to the general for them, with the brujah none the wiser till to late. I thought it poetic justice as the brujah left the general to knowledgeable, and to freee with that knowledge to not get slapped by it, so a plan was laid. Bruno negotiated with Detric Kohl of future Cairo fame for weapons to trade, and vehicles to drive it, as well as some weapons to outfit out protective detail, and I went about hiring the protective detail. After some rocky issues with greecians taking orders from a woman (only had to shoot one of them) the agreed to follow, mostly due to the money. Bruno decided that for them and us to survive the trip they should be ghouled to ensure loyalty, and give that little extra bit of healing. He did (all except one who was of gypsy blood. I took that one) and we went.

Skirmish skirmish there.. Negotiate, and trade.. And a large battle getting out. Digging in the dirt is no way to sleep, and I don't care how cool I am at night the sun evens the odds so much in favor of humans. Mission accomplished, we have the remaining gypsy women, and we are getting out of this cesspool.

Soon to follow... Piracy and Istanbul.

Bravo! You should consider writing fiction. - Bruce
