Mercuries Anklets
Description: The sorcerer creates a set of anklets that allow him to get an extra action every round that there are charges. The item holds up to 3 charges.
System: The Anklets require Intelligence + Alchemy: Difficulty 8, requiring accumulated successes of 5 or more to create. A botch ruins the Anklets. In order to recharge them the sorcerer needs the same roll, Difficulty 6, with two successes per charge, up to a maximum of three charges per pair. Multiple Anklets cannot be worn at the same time.
