Nistor the Sly
Before Yugoslavia was overrun by Serbian militias and Sabbat gangs, Nistor was known to many of the country's regional lords. He was known for his ability to uncover damaging information and use it in ways that greatly benefited whoever might be his current employer. Few suspected that he was the child of the Viovode of Montana's chief enforcer, or even that he was a Tzimisce - indeed, most knew him as a Caitiff.
Volos recalled Nistor to help him plan his sire's demise, and with Nistor's help, succeeded. Now, Nistor tries to keep track of minutiae in Montana in a level of detail that he has usually considered irrelevant. Volos demands absolute control, not only of the capital but of the hinterlands. So far, Nistor has delivered on Volos' minor whims, but Nistor fears that his sire will soon demand the impossible.
Appearance: Nistor is known by only one of his many faces to other Vampires: He is large and tall, but not freakishly so. He has brown eyes and hair, and an otherwise remarkable appearance. Nistor dresses for the occasion, but usually wears fashionable but not particularly expensive clothing.
