Istanbul

As the Assamite wave crashes upon the shores of Europe, no chink has yet appeared in their unified armor. Viziers back Warriors in battle, and Assamite Sorcerers contend nightly with Giovanni Necromancers and Tremere Thaumaturges. If not for Abertorius, the Assamites surely would have prevailed by now.

And yet, many of the traditional names associated with Clan Assamite in Istanbul remain curiously silent. Granted, they are Assamites and adept at avoiding notice, but where are the exploits of the great Al'Jebel, or the enigmatic Fatimah, or Kateb Zeke the terrible, or even Shunar al-Kadin? These questions lead their enemies to wonder if there might be a crack after all, or if the seeming absence is simply another trap.

Despite taking regular losses, the Assamites have demonstrated a willingness to embrace at nearly Sabbat levels (though the choose and train their cannon fodder much more carefully) and seem to have nearly infinite reinforcements.
