Description: Somewhere between the northern most coast of Arcadia and south of the Nightmare Lands, lies the Hyperborean Sea. Cold and harsh the sea water is dark and flows of arctic ice drift along forgotten currents or settle upon uninhabited islands older than human memory and whose names no Oneiroi can remember. One such isle lies near the center of the Hyperborean Sea. The Isle of Zamhareer as it is known to those sailors who work the northern reaches of the dreaming seas, as Cold Hell.
