Appearance: a 6'4" monster of a man. Bulging muscles and scarred knuckles. His hair is a dirty red, with a ruddy complexion.
Behavior: Rais is cold and calculating. He knows how much he can abuse others without upsetting Sender. The ease of this happens because Sender doesn't care about much unless he outright kills a borrower.
