Sobriquet: Strom

Appearance: Strom is a stoop shouldered man, with sallow skin and ink black hair down to his shoulders. To the supernaturally aware his eyes hold a reddish gleam, and his mouth is too wide by half and full of teeth.

Behavior: Strom is hard and commanding, as befits a grump of standing. He knows the dodges, and has been around a while.
