Paris -P- The Sabbat in Paris -P- Panders

Sobriquet: Basil

Appearance: A little woman of 5' 5", Basilisa has dark hair and brown eyes. She enjoys a naturally suntanned skin and should she have been taller she could have been a model. She usually wears jeans, baskets with a T-shirt... The banality of those clothes added to her total lack of style tends to cloak her feral beauty.

Behavior: Basilisa knows she's attractive, but still she's unable to take advantage of her beauty. In fact, those who tries to seduce her, frighten her reminding her of Miguel, thus distorting any chance of true and sincere romance... She tries to forget all this by engaging herself in the most extreme situations, seeking the thrill just like a drug addict: it helps her fleeing reality. However, this hides a truly frail personality. Since she arrived in Paris, she met Alberto and the Lasombra apparently found her attractive. Still, the memory of Miguel still lingers and the fact Alberto's affection doesn't seem to be real deep does help her hate him for that. She so decided to apparently fall in love with him, thus using him as Miguel has used her...

History: Born in 1950 into the growing suburbs of Mexico, Basilisa was thrown into this world with few luck, if any. Indeed, she was the 10th child of an extremely poor family of peones who migrated to Mexico with the hope to better their life only to discover they had settled in hell. Her father spent all the money into games, cigarettes and alcohol, while her mother almost killed herself at work to earn that money. As a result, the family hadn't the resources needed to feed all its members.

Then someone came and offered money to get the child. The family accepted: she'd certainly have a better life anyway. At least, that's what they thought... Indeed, Miguel was still feeling this urge... He was drawn to little girls while alive and now the Beast was just making his addiction worse. He installed the 4 years girl in his haven and... Well, Basilisa never talks about it.

Though she was blood bound to the vampire and psychologically dependant on him, Basilisa found the strength to escape her master's house. However, she had no contact with the outside world for 16 years... Raised by a Vampire, she found the mortal's world very confusing and alien to her. Unable to fit in that new environment, she erred in the streets for some time... and was captured by a pack in need of cannon fodder.

Miguel couldn't believe his eyes: among the selected humans was the very little one he held so dear! He couldn't tell anyone he knew her for he would punished to have kept a mortal with him without any authorization. As all the recruits had to pass the Creation Rites, he felt trapped: at the first Vaulderie, his hold over her would vanish and she'd talk... Knowing not what to do, he managed to embrace her desperately hoping it would change the situation if he was her sire...

For Basilisa, it couldn't have been a worst nightmare. At least at first: indeed, Miguel lost first his hold over her, then he lost his aura. Among other vampires, he appeared so weak. At last, free of him, she realized that life among vampire was much more easy for her to cope with that life among the mortals. Still, she didn't betray her sire to her pack leader. She had a thirst for revenge now...

It took her years, but finally she got the occasion. The pack engaged itself in a War Party against an elder and was decimated. However, the elder died under the fangs of Basilisa. With her newfound powers, she showed the other survivor, Miguel, how his torture techniques were out of date...

Since that time, Basilisa attached herself with various pack, always performing most dangerous missions. Finally, she got bored by all this. Then she heard about an Black Hand Assamite who was forming a pack to be send to Paris by order of the Mexico Archbishop. She volunteered and was accepted by Hacen.
