Phillipe Rigaud

Sobriquet: Phillipe doesn't care for nicknames and is a little too serious, although Wendy has several not-so-nice ones for him. Most of the Sabbat in Chicago just call him by his last name, Rigaud.
Appearance: Rigaud is tall and slim, with pale emaciated features, straight black hair worn slicked back and a dapper pencil-thin mustache on his upper lip. Phillipe always dresses in black and gets a fair amount of lip from the other Sabbat of Chicago for dressing like an undertaker.
Behavior: Phillipe has survived a very long time as a vampire and a Sabbat, as such he is paranoid almost to the point of insanity. He knows every trick in the book for watching events from the shadows and influencing events from a distance. The only member of the Sabbat who interacts with him regularly is Wendy Wade, his apprentice scout and partner in crime. They are more than allies, but Phillipe won't even admit to himself the depth of his feelings for Wendy which he disguises as professional concern. He is especially cautious as he has come to learn that there are a pair of ancients in Chicago battle one another. The stakes in Chicago are deeper than Rigaud would like and he knows he plays a superbly dangerous game with such beings in the city, but the potential gain for the Sabbat should they take Chicago is quite literally immeasurable. Phillipe watches over his Sabbat charges like a hawk, aware of their quirks and appreciating their eccentricities without taking very much flak from them. If the Sabbat is to win Chicago over, he will need every member of the Sabbat available and as many Camarilla converts as he can get, and it still might not be enough. In for a penny, in for a pound.
